Known for crafting beats for artists such as Freddie Gibbs, Larry June, Wiz Khalifa, Curren$y, Nipsey Hussle, Conway The Machine and many more, Cookin Soul has spent over two decades developing his signature sound through legendary samplers like the SP-1200, MPC 3000 and SP-404.
Joining him is Tamuz, one of the most respected drummers and producers in the modern beat scene, known for his deep-pocket grooves, soulful feel and authentic live drum performances that have become a favorite source of inspiration for producers worldwide. His drums and sounds have been used by artists and producers such as J. Cole, The Alchemist, Wiz Khalifa, Chance the Rapper and many more.

Every sound has been carefully crafted and processed through vintage hardware including the legendary E-MU SP-1200, MPC 3000 and Roland SP-404, alongside a 1970s Pioneer reel-to-reel tape machine, cassette tape, vintage microphones, a 1970s Fender Rhodes Mark I, Wurlitzer 206, 1970s Fender P-Bass, vintage 1960s Greco electric guitar and more to deliver the warmth, punch and character of classic 90s Hip Hop records.
