HIPNOSIS is a hip-hop sample pack by Phøn featuring 316 royalty-free melodic one-shots and 4 original royalty-bearing compositions. Trumpets, flugelhorn, lo-fi brass, piano, celeste, clavichord, synth bass, 808s, pads, leads, music boxes, resonant synths, marimba, and SFX.
Synth one-shots cover glides, chorus synth horns, wet and wobble leads, distorted and echo music boxes, resonant pads, resonant synths, and tape-echo textures. Keys range from clean, aggressive, and distorted piano to washed celeste and lo-fi wet clavichord. Synth basses include 808, classic, punchy, and electric variations. Brass spans clean, reverb, and muted trumpet, clean flugelhorn, and lo-fi brass. SFX round out the pack with atonal marimba, alien sounds, and wet sirens.
The 4 royalty-bearing compositions come with 31 stems: individual brass, keys, drums, synth bass, synths, SFX, and additional melodic elements.

If you plan to sublicense, sell, or distribute your Recording through third parties or if your Recording gets over 1,000,000 streams, you need to obtain formal clearance as described below.
When do I need to get formal clearance?
Formal clearance is required if:
• You plan to commercialize your Recording through third parties like major or qualifying independent labels, sync agencies, etc.
• Your Recording achieves over 1,000,000 streams on any digital service platform.

What does "Major Record Label" and "Qualifying Independent Label" mean?
• Major Record Label: Includes labels affiliated with major distributors like Sony, Universal, or Warner Music Group, or those distributed by these labels.
• Qualifying Independent Label: Any label not categorized as a Major Record Label but has distributed albums with significant streaming numbers (100,000 streams in a month or 1,000,000 in total).
